Provision of a Community Integration Project responding to Drug and
Alcohol treatment and recovery support for individuals and small
groups (over **Apply on the website** years of age) and their families
in the East Coast Region. Initial contract award will be for 3 years
commencing 1st January **Apply on the website** with an option to
extend for a further two periods of twelve months each.
TENDER DESCRIPTION
The East Coast Regional Drugs and Alcohol Task Force (ECRDATF) invites
proposals from suitably qualified service providers for the delivery
of a community based integration drugs and alcohol treatment and
recovery support service for adults (over **Apply on the website**
years of age) and their families for the East Coast Region, that is,
HSE CHE region excluding Bray and D?n Laoghaire town areas.
The Service will be required to deliver an adult (over **Apply on the
website** years of age) treatment and community integration support,
across most of the county of Wicklow (excluding Bray) and part of
South County Dublin (between the Grand Canal and Shankill) ? see HSE
website area CHE with exclusions as above. The service will provide a
range of interventions using a holistic approach to include
assessments, rehabilitation and aftercare support and utilising the
National Drug Strategy(NDS) and National Drug Rehabilitation Framework
(NDRF) or similar for individuals and their family members.
It is essential that tender applicants respond to all requirements in
the appropriate manner. All supporting documentation and appendices
must be appropriately cross referenced. Applicants must provide a
response to all requirements, indicating clearly whether they can
support the requirement in full, in part or not at all. The onus is on
applicants to present clear and accurate tenders rather than on the
ECRDATF to decipher mistakes or to interpret information that is not
readily understandable.
The ECRDATF will not be responsible for and may not consider
submissions, which are badly drafted or contain fundamental errors or
omissions. The evaluation will take the form of an initial desk based
assessment of tender submissions against the published award criteria.
Failure to meet any of the mandatory requirements in the tender can
result in a tender being deemed non-compliant. The ECRDATF reserve the
right to seek site visits, clarifications, presentations etc. The
ECRDATF reserve the right to contact any of the reference sites
provided by applicants at its discretion.
